Local Nevada County Rescue Groups

We are fortunate in Nevada County to have many organizations that care deeply for animals. Due to the extraordinary efforts of these dedicated people many lives are saved that previously would not have been. Many of these animals are now in foster homes awaiting their forever home. Some are still being housed at local shelters in Grass Valley. Please check first with them if you are thinking of adopting a pet.
